The entire site of the hotel on the outskirts of Hinterzarten blends in smoothly into the landscape of the Southern Black Forest Nature Park. The estate incorporates five buildings dating from various eras, the small Lake Adler and our private park. Inside the hotel, 90 percent of which has been renovated over recent years, you are surrounded by style which is both modern and elegant. However, some of the historic areas have been preserved: our guests value the link between tradition and modern. You can start your cross-country skiing, hiking, Nordic walking and cycling in the beautiful natural surroundings from right outside the hotel.

As the building has been here since 1446, we see ourselves as the permanent ambassadors of this world-renowned region and simultaneously as an exclusive holiday oasis that moves with the times without being a slave to fashion.“
