1. Idyllic location, easy access
Our mountainous region is part of the Southern Black Forest Nature Park, a secluded, wooded area that makes events even more attractive, offering outdoor activities such as a torchlight walk. Coincidently, we offer easy access by car, train and plane. Our outdoor parking for cars and minibuses is free of charge. We can arrange a bus transfer or provide you with contact details of companies offering transfer facilities.
2. Extra special locations
We have a restaurant with five rooms, each of which is designed in a very different style – ranging from rustic to elegant, to glamorous. All housed within our historic Black Forest house. Our estate, which covers 70,000 square metres with parkland, small forest and lake, has two additional stand-alone locations available for booking events.
3. Hotel service
64 refurbished, elegant rooms and suites ensure that you will enjoy a luxury overnight experience. If you are looking to book an event with your own choice of menu and wish to reserve one of our locations for your exclusive use, we will send you an individual offer with information on room hire, additional event details and a special price for overnight accommodation. For groups of up to approx. 12 people, it is worth paying the regular room price – with luxury full-board package included and a table reserved just for you.

Pavilion “Diva”
for up to 70 guests
Celebrate your event with lakeside views in a free-standing, well-heated glass pavilion located by the small Lake Adler on the Adler estate. Wonderful views in summer and winter. For booking open-end events with a dance floor. Also available for hire as a conference location!

“Bergkristall”
for up to 60 guests
For a sparkling time in the new, stylish restaurant space. Hire the whole area or book a table – entirely to suit your wishes. An appropriate setting for all corporate celebrations such as Christmas parties where a modern and glamorous ambience is what you are seeking.

for up to 30 guests
This historic section of our restaurant offers a special, cosy setting for celebrations. Many of the furnishings, such as the tiled fireplace, wall panelling or the creaking floor, have centuries of history behind them. For hire: one table or the whole room.

For exclusive dining in a separable historic area with a large window front and whose red colour scheme forms the perfect backdrop for your festive meal. We supply silver candlesticks or tea lights with crystals - book the decorations of your choice.

“Stable” location in the Park
for up to 30 guests
Furnished in the rustic style, superb location by the duck pond in the wooded part of the hotel park. Special features such as the option for a fondue meal or a campfire in front of the wooden cottage offer an appropriately relaxed contrast to the sophisticated ambience of the rest of the hotel.

Table in the “Wirtshus”
for up to 12 guests
This area offers comfortable seating and has always been a place for people to meet in a convivial setting. You have a good view of the outside whilst still having the place to yourself. The solid wood furnishings, fur skins on the chairs, the tiled fireplace and decor create a very cozy atmosphere.

Cocktail bar with Winter garden
Come to the rear area of our hotel bar and you’ll not only have a fantastic view of our parkland but also enjoy spending a really pleasant time relaxing in the individual seating areas as well as cocktails which are mixed with superb skill.
Examples of a Christmas celebration or annual general meeting
After check-in, you can relax from your journey and enjoy a little 'me' time in your elegant room – drinks from the minibar and coffee from the espresso machine are included in the price.
Wrap up warm afterwards because it's time to go on a captivating walk by torchlight. Some of our employees are trained nature park guides – you will either be accompanied by them or by our partner agency for incentives "Zwerger & Raab". Alternatively, you can go on a snowshoe walk. On your return, you can warm yourself up with a mulled wine or non-alcoholic punch by the open fire in front of our "Stable" location.
You will of course still have the time to change – for your fondue meal in the "Stable" or for your festive menu in one of our locations festooned with Christmas decorations. You might get a surprise from a magician at your table whilst you’re dining.
After a good night's sleep, you can have breakfast with us up to 11.00 am. Depending on how the rest of your break is planned there may even be the option of a visit to our wellness area.
