No charge for green fee at the Black Forest 18-hole golf course
Of all golf courses in the surrounding area of the Parkhotel Adler, the 18-hole course of the Golfclub Hochschwarzwald e. V. is the nearest. The course is just approx. eight minutes away by car for hotel guests. The overnight stay rate includes the green fee for one round of golf a day - we will be happy to arrange the times with the golf club for you. Nestled in the hilly landscape, rich in meadows and forests, this course provides an interesting challenge even for golfers with low handicaps. The experience is rounded off by a wide range of sessions from pros as well as the "Golfstüble" for the on-site catering.
The golf season in our region
For weather reasons golf can normally be played in the Black Forest between the beginning of May and the end of October. Away from the greens, you can also treat yourself to a wonderful break here with us in the hotel, with wellness treatments and a variety of culinary experiences.
Black Forest Golf School
The pros of the Black Forest Golf School in the golf club of the same name, were trained by the PGA of Germany. Guests can book private lessons with the golf professionals direct - please ask for contact details when making a room reservation at the hotel. On request, the golf school will also provide a professional golf club fitting service using the corresponding technical measuring devices. During the golf season and by arrangement, courses are offered for different skill levels – a minimum and maximum number of participants is required.
Weekend taster course
Saturdays and Sundays, each of 60 minutes (minimum five, maximum ten persons).
Various packages over three days of golfing
These include the advanced teaching sessions to achieve the DGV minimum handicap, or Best Ager golf courses for beginners and more experienced players aged 55 years and above.
Multi-day golf courses
The week-long course for beginners to achieve DGV minimum handicap includes comprehensive equipment and training services as well as additional offers such as a “Rules and etiquette evening” and golf club custom fitting. For golfers with initial experience (36 to 28 handicap) and practice, the golf course is attractive to more experienced golfers as a way of improving their playing strategies and techniques – a full 900 minutes of golf sessions spread over five days are scheduled for this purpose.
